Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) are in place to maintain control and uniform operations to protect the quality and safety of our products.
We maintain constant monitoring programs, which guide us to the improvement of our internal policies and which help us adapt to new laws and regulations with our SOPs. We are monitored by the prestigious American institute of Baking(AIB) Certification program and have received a Superior rating since beginning the program in 1997.
All employees are properly trained, internally and externally, in order to qualify them for the jobs they have been assigned based on regulatory requirements.
All handling and storage of ingredients intended for food use or human consumption will be maintained according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and abide by all local, state, and federal regulations.
