1. Do you ship any of your products overseas? |
| Our basic operations are conducted within the United States territory, however, we do ship some of our products to companies overseas. |
2. Is there a minimum order amount required for orders placed on your products? |
| To take advantage of promotional delivery orders you may be required to spend over a specified amount. |
3. Are your products GMO free? |
| We do not currently, nor do we intend to, source ingredients, which are genetically modified or which come from genetically modified organisms. However, some of the flavors distributed by us may contain components which may be derived from FDA/USDA/EPA approved GM corn, but it is a highly refined ingredient which does not contain GM DNA, and it is considered to be equivalent to similar products derived from non-GM ingredients. |
4. What happens if I receive a damaged product? |
| Our mission is to provide our customers with products which meet established specifications and quality requirements. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product’s quality or performance, please call us at 1-888-5-Biosun. We will replace the product or credit your account. |
5. Are your products Kosher? |
| Many of our products are supervised under the Kashruth Division of Star-K and are certified as kosher and pareve. Please note, however, that our products are not kosher for Passover. |
6. After I create my account in the Elite Client section, will my information be kept confidential? |
| We do not share your information with third parties. All information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential and used internally by Biosun personnel. |
