Carbohydrase
Biosun’s Carbohydrase Enzymes are supplied by our processing partners locally and globally. Blending, standardizing and testing of finished formulas are conducted on our premises. Our portfolio of enzymes include starch hydrolysis enzymes such as Amylase and Amyloglucosidase (glucoamylase); Dextranase, a glycoside hydrolyase; Pentosanase, a heterogenous mixture of xylanases and glucanases; Cellulases, containing cellobiase; and a variety of Pectinases. All our enzymes are GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe)-approved formulations and are tested for their GMO-free(Genetically-Modified Organism) status.
